SolValleys — A Stardew-style farming sim on Solana

SolValleys is a pixel-art farming and resource-gathering game where players mine ore, fish, chop wood, and farm crops in a shared on-chain world, connecting a Phantom wallet to sign in and track progress.

How It Works

Players explore a top-down village map performing resource-gathering loops — mining rocks, fishing ponds, chopping trees, and farming plots — to accumulate in-game gold. A wallet-linked leaderboard ranks players by gold acquired, with a share of an SPL token pool awarded to top performers. The team has also floated a future exchange for rarer resources (sapphires, rubies) into tokens.

Current Status

SolValleys is live on Solana mainnet with open public access — anyone can connect a wallet or use the no-wallet preview mode. An SPL token exists and its supply is locked via on-chain vesting contracts.

Assessment

The farming-sim loop and wallet-native onboarding are executed cleanly, and the team backed up their launch with a public, verifiable token-lock rather than just a promise. As with most P2E-token games, gold/leaderboard reward mechanics should be watched for sustainability once early incentives taper off. No named team is public — typical for this category, but worth tracking.
