What is WoodTown?

WoodTown is an on-chain idle lumberjack game built on Solana. Players hire lumberjack NFTs, deploy them into a shared forest, and earn a proportional share of a global $WOOD emissions pool based on their Wood Production Rate (WPR).

Core loop

• Hire — mint a lumberjack NFT across four tiers (Common, Rare/Uncommon, Epic/Rare, Legendary), each with a fixed WPR.
• Deploy — send lumberjacks to the forest; only deployed lumberjacks contribute WPR.
• Earn — daily $WOOD rewards are distributed as (your WPR ÷ total network WPR) × global emissions, claimable to a connected Solana wallet.
• Marry & Breed — eligible lumberjacks can be paired through a Marriage & Family system to produce new, potentially rarer offspring, giving a second path to grow a crew beyond direct minting.
• Burn — $WOOD spent on forest upgrades is burned, reducing circulating supply.

Status

The mint and Pro Mode (idle deployment, forest upgrades, breeding) are live. An MMORPG mode (open-world exploration, PvP/guild battles, on-chain quests, skill trees) and a marketplace are both announced as coming soon.
