What is Ledger Realms?

Ledger Realms is a multi-chain NFT-gated extraction RPG built by @aminacov, the co-founder of OPSkins — the pioneering CS:GO skin marketplace. Originally launched on the XRP Ledger, the game expanded to Solana on June 23, 2026 with a public mint of "Operator" NFTs.

The Operator System

Your Operator NFT is not a collectible — it is your key, rank, and economic engine. Each one is a unique soul fragment minted on-chain (XRP Ledger or Solana), granting access to the full Ledger Realms protocol. Operators come in six rarity tiers — Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and Mythic — each conferring different extraction bonuses, shard drop rates, and faction war multipliers.

Core Game Loop

Extract

Deploy your Operator into active extraction nodes. Every session generates XP, shards, and FLUX rewards.

Forge

Burn raw shards to roll artifacts. Enhance gear up to Level 5 for compounding extraction bonuses in the Shard Forge.

Trade

List artifacts, place buy orders, and trade P2P on the Grand Exchange — a player-driven marketplace within the FLUX economy.

Fight

Faction Wars — your faction is hardcoded into your Operator (Vanguard or Renegades, no switching). Every extraction cycle contributes to the live faction war board.

The FLUX Economy

FLUX is the lifeblood of the Realms with a hard-capped supply of 1,000,000,000 and a deflationary halving schedule. Currently operates as a web2 in-game economy (no blockchain dependency for play) — designed to deploy fully on-chain.

Solana Expansion (June 23, 2026)

The Solana Operators drop went live June 23, 2026 — whitelist sale at 17:20 UTC, public sale at 20:45 UTC. All Solana Operators integrate directly into the browser-based game: extract shards, level skills, forge artifacts, and compete in faction wars immediately at mint. Legendary and Mythic Operators are also slated to be the first fully rendered and playable characters in The Forge Arena, an upcoming AAA FPS being developed since 2017.
