Veilbound

Overview

Veilbound is a free-to-play browser MMORPG running on the Solana blockchain. Launched on June 16, 2026, the game is fully playable at veilbound.gg with no download or launcher required — just create an account and enter a persistent 3D fantasy world.

Gameplay

• 9 playable classes including spellcasters, shamans, and melee fighters
• Open-world exploration across named zones (e.g. Eastbrook Vale)
• Quest system — main story, side quests, and group quests with auto-pathing
• Real-time combat with tab-targeting, hotbar abilities, and cooldown management
• Dungeons — instanced group content with drop-rate loot
• Guild system and party play
• Skilling and crafting progression loops
• Offline farming for passive progression

Solana Integration

Veilbound integrates $VEIL, a Solana pump.fun token (GSp4qePZUHBtt5f4gE6AsRC9JUUqeZEJLeN2JZxLpump), directly into its in-game economy:

• In-game trading: Players connect their wallet (ESC → Connect → Trade) to swap $VEIL
• Global Exchange: A peer-to-peer marketplace for Gold/$VEIL swaps and rare items (in development)
• The team describes $VEIL as "the heartbeat of our ecosystem" — designed to be earned and spent through gameplay rather than purely speculative

Development Status

Launched in open beta on June 16, 2026. Within the first 24 hours of launch the team pushed multiple live updates: drop rates increased 25%, in-game $VEIL trading added, auto-pathing introduced, and a guild system confirmed. Active development with rapid iteration cadence. Discord integration planned.
